Waconia

The original rambler home on this Lake Waconia property was sold and moved to a new lot. Using the footprint of the former house and modifying it, Orfield designed the new home pictured here. The external front arch is copied on the inside, overlooking the entire first floor. An overhead walkway links the two wings of this lovely and well-planned home. The arches and curves of the homes interior mimic the lines of the homes exterior.
