This office building is one of several properties our client owns. His tenants are in the financial sector of this space and as such, they were ashamed to have their guests use the existing office bathroom. The loud bath fan, cheap finishes, and bland colors screamed for an update. Knowing that property conditions are always a direct reflection on the owner – we were called in to provide a professional, timely, and cost-effective remodel.

We removed the existing flooring, and the old tile flooring underneath that. Plumbing and Electrical were moved to new locations, a new Panasonic Quiet Line fan was installed, and insulation was placed in the walls for better sound proofing.
