Summary :

This lower level was full of awkward spaces and configurations. The existing structural posts and mechanical piping created a design challenge.

We started by moving the electrical panel out of the bathroom (per code) and into the laundry room, and then remodeled the bathroom. The bathroom has a neo-angle tile shower, tile floor, glass block window, and a new toilet and pedestal sink. The bathroom features Toto and Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures, lighting, and a framed shower assembly.

The Laundry room floor and steps were also leveled and tiled, and pipes were framed and sheet rocked to create a much more attractive room. Throughout the lower level, additional boiler heat piping had to be run to the various rooms and then all exposed piping was framed and covered with either sheetrock or acoustic ceiling tile. All the concrete floors were leveled and Kate-Lo Gold Mine Series tile was laid in the Bathroom and Laundry.
