Summary :

The owners of this 1941 St. Louis Park home wanted to bring the elegance, warmth, and beauty from the 1st floor to the basement. This transformation was achieved by removing the dark paneling, bar area and staircase wall.

Scope & Objectives :

At the stair opening we installed traditional Oak stair treads, risers, Oak handrail, painted spindles and a Copa Cabana Beaulieu stair runner. This helps to achieve the feel of a spacious and graceful staircase.

When entering into the basement your eye is now drawn to the new cherry stained handmade built-ins and mantle, Heat-N-Glo fireplace insert and Black Granite Tile surround. On the left wall there is a matching entertainment center cherry built-in.

The Fundamental Copa Cabana Beaulieu carpet completes a refreshing family basement to enjoy for years to come.
