Summary :

This client purchased a downtown Minneapolis condominium that was in need of some major updates. Everything was a plastic drab white, from the flooring to the trim and even to the cabinets, countertops and wall color. New faux wood flooring and trim along with a full kitchen and bathroom remodel completely changed the look and feel of this space.

Bathroom updates include a cherry vanity, matching linen cabinet and recessed medicine chest, Black AnubisSilestone® countertop, new lighting, ceramic tile floor and shower to complete the update. Weird melamine walls were removed around the kitchen and in their place we installed new cherry cabinets, Black Anubis Silestone® countertops, stainless steel appliances and task lighting to add warmth and a vital connection to the living and dining rooms.

The well-designed kitchen and bathroom are now alluring ingredients to this condominium and bring unique personality to the building.
