After Orfield Design
This 1922 Minneapolis home was bursting with opportunity for improvements. Orfield removed the wall dividing the kitchen and sunroom and installed a new support beam. Walls were furred out to make them plumb, insulation was added, electrical and plumbing were brought to code and storage and prep areas were maximized. In addition, the finish trim was replaced throughout the 1st floor. Deep chocolate brown cabinets, Pionite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a splash of sunny color on the walls and pebble tile textures all serve to make the kitchen and sunroom warm, fashionable and inviting spaces.
