The original 1950’s bathroom on the interior of this Saint Paul home had poor lighting, a cramped shower and outdated finishes.

The remodeled bathroom features a large shower with seat, deep soaking tub, great lighting, in floor heat and a lot of storage. To do this, the toilet and shower switched locations, with the vanity and tub remaining in their original spots. Brushed bronze finishes on the plumbing fixtures and shower door, porcelain tile, cherry cabinets, and Topic Brown granite tops all make a dramatic change without changing the wall configuration.

This bathroom was given an update that fulfilled all the design goals, increased functionality and embodies warmth and subtle elegance.
