We updated every floor in this rambler with new trim, paint, doors, hardwood flooring and carpet. The areas that received the most attention were the master suite, kitchen, basement guest bath and basement family room.

Finish details throughout these remodeled areas include: handmade oak cabinets with natural finish, kitchen appliances, Kohler plumbing fixtures in chrome finish, Carmarthen Brown color Cambria countertops in the kitchen, and Corian® Earth color countertops in both bathrooms.

In order to create a master suite we removed a wall between 2 existing small bedrooms and created a large bedroom with walk-in closet.  The master bathroom was enlarged by capturing the former awkward dining rooms pantry over the existing stairwell on the other side of the wall and taking that space for the new shower.   The ceramic master bath tile includes shower borders and a brick pattern on the floor.

These clients increased their homes resale value by completing the remodel in a well-designed and attractive way that not only makes them happy, but has attributes that every new owner would want!
