Local Remodeling Company Receives Contractor of the Year Award

November 18, 2008 (St. Louis Park, MN) — Orfield Design & Construction, Inc. of St. Louis Park, MN (www.orfielddesign.com) is the proud winner of the 2008 award for outstanding achievement in the category of “Residential Bath Under $30,000” at the twelfth annual Contractor of the Year (COTY) Awards ceremony on November 13.

A celebration of the best in Twin Cities residential remodeling, the COTY Awards affords an opportunity for the Minnesota remodeling industry to acknowledge the year’s accomplishments and to recognize individual successes. Hosted by the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and sponsored by Scherer Brothers Lumber Company, this year’s festivities drew more than 360 guests to the McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis.

With final scores based on photo submissions and project details, the contestants were judged by a panel of 25 remodeling professionals from the NARI of Milwaukee chapter. The 2008 COTY Awards recognized excellence in 21 categories.
