Orfield Design & Construction’s growth is due to recognizing the talent and value that others bring. We brought on the following top-skilled employees and recognize that they are an invaluable source of knowledge that Orfield depends upon for project management.

K. Trent Raduechel is our Lead Finish Carpenter. From 1981 to 1986 Trent was a carpenter for a rental property management company and then decided to own his own carpentry business. After sub-contracting with Orfield for a few years he came on board in 1995. Trent is great with our clients due to his friendly, positive attitude and desire to complete every job thoroughly. He takes great attention to details and is multi-talented in various fields. Trent lives in Montrose with his wife, son and daughter.

Neil Newman is our Lead Rough Framing/Structural Carpenter. Neil has been in the construction business since 1978 working for large and small remodelers. After owning his own construction company for 10 years, and sub-contracting with Orfield for a while, he accepted our offer in 1993 to become part of the Orfield team. Neil discovering efficient solutions to job issues, and is well liked by our clients due to his patient nature and sense of humor. Neil lives in Minneapolis with his wife, daughter and young son.

Amy Brogan is a University of Minnesota Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a minor in Business Management. She is our full-time Designer/Project Manager. Amy grew up in northern Minnesota working in her family's masonry business and is currently a Minneapolis resident. Besides having a construction background, she became interested in Architecture at a young age after spending much of her free time creating detailed pencil drawings, sculptures, soft watercolors, and vibrant paintings. She enjoys listening to clients needs, paying attention to detail, and creating designs that will improve both function and aesthetics.

Amanda Marlow is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Moorhead with a degree in Mass Communications and an emphasis in Public Relations. Currently living in Saint Louis Park, she moved to the twin cities in 2006 looking to gain a fresh perspective and find a career in which she could put her education to use while exercising her creativity. She found a great match with Orfield Design & Construction as our Business Development Manager and is looking forward to continuing and building upon our quality customer service and strategic public relations.
